International Customer Support Specialist

As a key member of our Airport Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our airport functions operate seamlessly every day. Your contributions will help maintain the high standards of service that our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
In your role, you will be the welcoming face for our customers, whether they are traveling for business or leisure. Your primary focus will be to create an inviting atmosphere where every individual feels appreciated and respected. You will assist our international clientele at various touchpoints, including ticketing and baggage handling, ensuring their journey begins and ends on a positive note. Your goal is to deliver exceptional service that resolves travel-related issues and enhances customer satisfaction.
- Manage incoming communications, greet customers, and provide assistance with baggage handling.
- Process ticketing requests, determine fares, and facilitate travel arrangements to meet passenger needs.
- Engage with customers in a courteous and helpful manner to foster memorable experiences and loyalty.
- Proactively address customer needs while demonstrating accountability when challenges arise.
- Uphold safety standards by ensuring compliance with operational protocols.
This position is subject to local employment terms. Sponsorship for work visas is not available.
QualificationsEssential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and modern technology.
- Physical capability to stand and walk for the duration of shifts, including lifting and managing baggage.
- Willingness to travel internationally for training.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship.
- Ability to meet attendance and appearance standards.
- Possession of a valid passport and visa.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the airline, travel, or hospitality sectors.
- Bachelor's degree.
