International Customer Support Specialist

Our operations span across numerous international airports, necessitating a dedicated team to ensure seamless service. From the check-in area to the boarding gate, our Airport Operations team plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient airport functions every day.
Key Responsibilities:
As a representative of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for our international clientele, creating a welcoming atmosphere where every individual feels appreciated and respected. Your role will involve assisting customers with ticketing, baggage handling, and providing a warm greeting as they embark on their journeys. Your commitment to delivering friendly, professional, and insightful service will be essential in resolving travel-related issues and ensuring memorable experiences.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Managing incoming calls, welcoming customers, and providing guidance while handling baggage efficiently.
- Issuing tickets, determining fares, and ensuring all travel needs are met.
- Engaging with customers in a supportive and helpful manner to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Proactively addressing customer needs and maintaining accountability in the event of any inconveniences.
- Upholding safety standards and ensuring that both personal and team responsibilities are prioritized.
This position is subject to local employment terms. Sponsorship for work visas is not available.
QualificationsEssential Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Comfortable with technology, including computers and mobile devices.
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift and manage baggage.
- Willingness to travel internationally for training.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in Mexico without sponsorship.
- Ability to meet attendance and appearance standards set by the company.
- Possession of a valid passport and visa.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the airline, travel, or hospitality sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree.
