We are seeking a skilled Logistics Project Manager for Supply Chain Optimization to join our team at Cisco Systems. Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer orders and prioritize tasks according to key delivery milestones.

• Troubleshoot order issues using data analytics and optimize processes for improved efficiency.
• Ensure timely and sufficient supply of materials from internal and external suppliers.
• Manage inventory and excess materials, and implement strategies for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
• Analyze capacity requirements and manage resources accordingly to meet business needs.
• Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Compensation
Employees on sales plans will earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows: 0.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50%, 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%, and 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%. For non-quota-based sales performance elements, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
