Project Management Senior Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Senior Specialist to join our team at NTT DATA, Inc. in a Senior Project Manager Scrum Master role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope and timeline to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups to facilitate team collaboration.
  • Act as the point of contact for external communications, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Work with product owners to prioritize backlogs and new requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder project progress.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, aligning with company expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong knowledge of software development principles and practices.
  • Excellent understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management certification.
