Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of software development and Scrum techniques, including definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement
  • Strong communication and servant leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability, with a focus on finding creative solutions
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management certification, such as PMP or Agile
