We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Diageo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including our manufacturing sites, agriculture bases, and offices in Guadalajara.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, visitors, contractors, and customers.
- Lead and manage a team of facilities staff, including insourced and outsourced personnel.
- Develop and implement effective facilities management strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of facilities management teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate financial management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- 10+ years of experience in facilities management, real estate, procurement, or project management.
- Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, with a focus on operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Full English proficiency is required.
