**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement facility maintenance strategies and goals
- Establish schedules and methods for providing facility maintenance services
- Review needs with management staff and allocate resources accordingly
- Supervise staff in providing facilities engineering support to plants
- Participate in budget preparation and administration
- Develop and maintain facility layouts and plans
- Monitor and control supplies and equipment
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of facilities systems and automation
- Working knowledge of statistical and engineering methods
- Experience in SAP/MRP systems
- Hands-on experience in TPM and world-class maintenance
