About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplaces Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for our marketplaces in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for our marketplaces in the Americas, focusing on increasing visibility and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Guide the team on search engine optimization (SEO) and organic search strategy, as well as listing optimizations in each marketplace to improve conversion rates.
  • Regularly analyze the performance of ads and optimize accordingly based on performance key performance indicators (KPIs) and ad spend.
  • Ensure our products are ranked at the best places and lead highlighting campaigns by conducting regular analysis and optimizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest optimization tools and programs to take our marketing strategy to the next level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field with strong academic achievements.
  • Experience in online marketplaces, business development, sales, or marketing (B2C/B2B).
  • Independent, responsible, and structured work style, with a process-oriented approach.
  • Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial-like ownership.
  • Detail-oriented, analytically strong, and proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Infectious can-do attitude and passion for all aspects of the job.
