OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role will involve addressing client needs within SAP SuccessFactors across various industries. As a consultant, you will support ongoing and future SAP initiatives, assisting key clients with their implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. A background in HCM payroll is essential to aid our clients in transitioning to the SAP SuccessFactors ECP solution.
Familiarity with Recruiting Management, Compensation, Onboarding, and other components of the SuccessFactors suite will be advantageous.
We aim to cultivate expertise within SAP to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- A minimum of 2 complete SAP HCM Payroll / SuccessFactors ECP implementation cycles.
- Proficient understanding of Mexican Payroll (knowledge of Argentinean, Colombian, or other Latin American payroll systems is a plus).
- Solid grasp of the Employee Central component.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HCM business lines and processes is required.
- Familiarity with RM, RMK, Compensation, Onboarding, P&G, LMS, and other SuccessFactors components is desirable.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors integrations with HCM and SAP products.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is an advantage).
- Able to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team.
- Demonstrated presentation abilities.
KEY EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Actively participate in the planning, design, execution, and Go Live phases of client implementation projects.
- Exhibit the capability to organize, conduct, and oversee workshops and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Provide innovative solutions to address client challenges.
- Deliver components that fulfill client requirements effectively.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years focused on SAP SuccessFactors. Experience with 2 complete life cycle SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementations is essential.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
Fluent in Portuguese, both spoken and written (optional).
