Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team at Cummins. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machines and production equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product in accordance with quality and productivity requirements.
  • Achieve production goals and work at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks.
  • Perform planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
  • Work with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.

Education and Experience

Minimal or no work experience required. Personal de nuevo ingreso.

Work Environment
