The Medical Affairs Manager role at BDI Mexico requires a strong understanding of clinical practices and trends to provide scientific guidance to marketing teams and ensure the effective demonstration of product value.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert knowledge and tools to develop sustainable competitive advantages in clinical practice and VOC
  • Ensuring accurate and relevant responses to customer inquiries for BD products
  • Developing education strategies and training programs for internal associates and external customers
  • Leading KOL development programs across the country and managing key influencers
  • Providing clinical input to marketing functions to ensure consistent messaging from a medical standpoint
  • Approving promotional material content

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree (e.g. Nurse, Physician)
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Portuguese or other languages are a plus
  • Experience in healthcare companies, preferably in clinical practice and medical affairs areas
  • 5-10 years of experience in the field

As a Medical Affairs Manager at BDI Mexico, you can expect a competitive salary, approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative organization.
