About the Role
The ideal candidate will have strong business partnering and liaison skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial transformation projects for the South America region. Key responsibilities will include:
- Standardizing reporting to improve communication efficiency with stakeholders
- Leading financial transformation projects for the region
- Enhancing efficiency and effectiveness through standardization and simplification of processes and tools
- Creating project dashboards and providing business performance commentary
- Collaborating and building relationships with the South America team
- Driving financial transformation projects for the organization
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Over 7 years of experience in consulting, accounting, or financial planning and reporting
- Knowledge of financial modeling theory, principles, and practices
- Digital citizenship and ease with managing multiple systems
- Strong financial, accounting, and analytical skills with proven business acumen
- Excellent PC skills, including MS Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, HFM/Hyperion/Essbase, SAP, and SQL
- Ability to adapt to new systems and applications quickly
- Superior Excel skills, including charting and the ability to manipulate large volumes of data
- English proficiency, with Portuguese a plus
- Detailed-oriented and experienced in managing projects
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Sense of prioritization and self-motivation
