About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Coordinator to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Procurement Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a mid/long-term agenda for sustainability, aligning with PepsiCo's corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop end-to-end processes that further the sustainability agenda.
  • Guide the development of tools and processes to standardize Procurement Finance processes, ensuring data accuracy and visualization.
  • Ensure timely adoption of PGT processes for LATAM, aligning with corporate standards.
  • Perform benchmarking analyses to identify industry best practices and implement improvements.
Requirements
  • BA in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or Administration.
  • 4+ years of experience in Finance, Forecasting, Budgeting, and Planning.
  • Experience in similar roles and activities.
  • Knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, PowerBI, SQL, and VBA.
  • SAP experience is a must.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • English language proficiency is a must.
