Wholesale Manager Job Description

At Icodde, we are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our wholesale partners and supervising the area in every aspect of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales, marketing, and training plans to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners and stakeholders.
  • Generate and analyze sales data, including sell-in, sell-out, assortment, stock rotation, and bestsellers.
  • Ensure that all points of sale meet company merchandising guidelines.
  • Establish and implement action plans with wholesale partners to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager and Marketing Manager to develop marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional programming.
  • Manage stock levels and rotation at points of sale.
  • Establish staff training programs in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Control budgets and review business results with customers.
  • Qualify accounts to determine opportunity and investment levels.
  • Establish visit reports and follow up with customers.
