Role Overview

As a Business Research Team Lead at Infomineo, you will oversee research initiatives, respond to client inquiries, and guide a team of analysts in fulfilling business and investment research requirements across diverse sectors and regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research, address client inquiries, and independently lead a team of analysts and associates in business and investment research.
  • Provide training, leadership, and mentorship to team members, clearly defining roles and establishing efficient processes.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring quality assurance and implementing QA processes to meet high client standards.
  • Manage multiple clients, projects, and teams concurrently, prioritizing tasks and budgeting time effectively.
  • Define objectives, timelines, and responsibilities for team members.
  • Serve as a professional development coach, offering training, constructive feedback, and guidance on career progression.
  • Collaborate with the Professional Development team to design and deliver high-quality training programs.
  • Foster a motivated team environment focused on delivering exceptional results.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening candidates for suitability.
  • Support various initiatives that are vital to the company's success.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a master's degree and at least four years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrate experience in team management.
  • Exhibit analytical skills to assess problems, devise solutions, and implement them effectively.
  • Be creative and resourceful, capable of utilizing various tools to gather information.
  • Show strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Have proven management skills with experience in coordinating workflows and ensuring quality for small to medium-sized teams.
  • Achieve full proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Portuguese, French, Italian) is advantageous.
  • Possess expertise in utilizing research databases.
