Educational Background

A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or International Commerce is preferred. Experience Required

A minimum of 7 years in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, with a focus on production scheduling.

Key Competencies

- Collaborate effectively with various departments to achieve shared objectives.

- Engage in negotiations with team members to identify mutually beneficial solutions.

- Assess constraints to formulate practical plans that align with market demands.

- Proficient in ERP systems, SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office.

- Familiarity with JDA and Production Planning in SAP is advantageous.

Role Summary

The individual will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and overseeing a master production schedule on a weekly and monthly basis. This includes managing the commercial input and operational planning process, as well as leading discussions on assessments with actionable plans across various locations.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage daily/weekly Master Production Schedules (MPS) utilizing ERP planning tools to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of products while optimizing line efficiency, production strategies, and inventory levels in accordance with the Supply Planning Strategy.

2. Address necessary changes based on exception reports or operational challenges, collaborating with engineering and product teams for effective new product development launches.

3. Monitor plan modifications and audit execution, implementing recovery strategies as needed. Regularly communicate carryovers, trade-offs, and recovery plans.

4. Oversee ERP system parameters and make updates as necessary to facilitate planning activities, including production strategy calendars.

5. Generate reports and performance metrics to track and achieve operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
