As the Head of Partner Success, you will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with our Global Services' Channel Partners, enabling them to deliver exceptional post-sales Support and Services experience to our mutual customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and evolve a world-class Partner Success organization, including onboarding new team members and developing the team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Build out a system-based approach to measuring value, creating a cadence for review within the team, and fostering a culture of success throughout Gigamon.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Channel, Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' relevant experience in leading customer and/or partner-facing organizations.
  • Demonstrated leadership through creating high-performing teams built on foundations of trust, accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Strong account management skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support.
  • Able to work with all levels of individuals, including C-level executives.
  • Experience with a two-tiered Vendor/Partner support and services model and a clear understanding of the services relationship.
  • Experience working with SaaS/Cloud companies.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or level of experience.

  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to manage and influence positively through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English is essential; additional languages will be of benefit.
