About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic IT Solutions Analyst to join our team at Hewlett Packard. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing IT strategies that drive business growth and innovation.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT General Control Framework activities, including engaging with IT teams, auditors, and legal experts as needed. This will involve helping to manage audit activities, establishing and maintaining relationships with various IT support/business teams, and communicating specific IT decisions relevant to these groups.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be involved in Management Reporting, developing first drafts of standard reporting templates, presentation materials, and profitability analysis reports to drive decision-making. They will also monitor Key Performance Indicators by creating dashboards for the team, representing clear needs and achievements of the current function to IT leadership management, and actively participating in making sufficient notes to ensure timely communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT General Control Framework activities, including engaging with IT teams, auditors, and legal experts as needed.
  • Help manage audit activities, establish and maintain relationships with various IT support/business teams, and communicate specific IT decisions relevant to these groups.
  • Develop first drafts of standard reporting templates, presentation materials, and profitability analysis reports to drive decision-making.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience or a master's degree and a minimum of 4 years' experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills, strong business experience in multiple business sub-domains, strong relationship management skills, excellent project management and process development skills.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CPA, CA or MBA are plus.
  • 4+ years of IT Project Management Experience managing complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, programs or projects.
Benefits

As a Strategic IT Solutions Analyst at Hewlett Packard, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
