About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Control Assurance Analyst to join our team at Takeda's Innovation Capability Center in Mexico City. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for executing the full lifecycle of information security and data privacy third-party risk assessments, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and promoting a strong culture of proactive awareness for third-party security risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and evaluations of third-party vendors to identify potential security and privacy risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of risk management policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to ensure a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
  • Contribute to the development of risk management metrics and dashboards to track program effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as information security, risk management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in information security and/or third-party risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.
