**Job Summary**:

Motion Industries (Mot) seeks a skilled Customer Service Representative to accurately fulfill customer orders and manage incoming customer calls.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and provide quotes.
  • Negotiate sales and purchase prices to influence Motion Industries' gross profit.
  • Adjust customer pricing to meet demands while maximizing profit.
  • Build customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Order products to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Source products from branch inventory, distribution centers, or suppliers.
  • Determine cost-effective shipping methods for customer orders.
  • Partner with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Expedite backorders and handle customer returns.

**Requirements:**

  • Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and zero to three years of related experience.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
