Customer Service Associate

**Job Summary**:
Motion Industries (Mot) seeks a skilled Customer Service Representative to accurately fulfill customer orders and manage incoming customer calls.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and provide quotes.
- Negotiate sales and purchase prices to influence Motion Industries' gross profit.
- Adjust customer pricing to meet demands while maximizing profit.
- Build customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Order products to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Source products from branch inventory, distribution centers, or suppliers.
- Determine cost-effective shipping methods for customer orders.
- Partner with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Expedite backorders and handle customer returns.
**Requirements:**
- Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and zero to three years of related experience.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
