Job Title: Sr. Financial Analyst

Gravity It Resources is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in coordinating monthly forecast cycles and annual planning processes for our Global Operation cost centers.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cost center owners to develop annual plans and monthly forecasts.
  • Support the Finance Director in financial analysis of spending related to manufacturing cost centers, including variances to plan, forecast, and risks or opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the accounting group on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure accurate recording of accruals in accordance with GAAP.
  • Develop and maintain accurate headcount, CAPEX, and spending reporting.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key business metrics, creating and maintaining KPI dashboards as necessary.
  • Research and recommend new processes or improvements to current processes.
  • Engage in ad-hoc analysis and special projects.
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience working with large ERP systems.
  • Prior experience working with operation teams to support headcount and spending management.
  • Organized thinking, strong process background, and excellent analytical skills.
  • Effective communication with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as a team.
  • Extreme attention to detail and accurate work.
  • Strong work ethic, patience, and customer service orientation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a finance environment with a good understanding of GAAP.
  • CPA, MBA, or big 4 experience preferred.
