**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS System Coordinator to join our team at Hutchinson France. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining the optimal function of our HRIS applications and modules for all Mexico sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of HRIS data, ensuring proper implementation of processes, new modules, and data quality and consistency of ongoing production for all Mexico sites.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, training, and guidance to HRIS users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use the system.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements, recommending and implementing solutions to drive business success.
- Develop and deliver training programs to all levels of the organization, ensuring that HRIS users have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Work closely with HR Leaders and HRConnect Europe to ensure proper permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users and managers.
- Compile and analyze complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Serve as a liaison between HR, information services, managers, and employees, facilitating implementation, change management, and training initiatives.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of personal data within the system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in HRIS technology, applying this knowledge to drive business success and improve HRIS functionality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- At least three years of related experience in HRIS system management, technical support, and training.
- Advanced experience with people and systems change management, expert-level skills in PowerPoint, Canva, and HRIS data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse cultures and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures, with the ability to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
- Ability to keep information confidential and maintain the security of personal data within the system.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with a thorough understanding of all areas of information systems and at least one commercial HRIS product.
