As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, promoting our financial products and services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain high-value accounts by providing expert advice and promoting high-level financial products and services.
- Perform the necessary processes and procedures to effectively customize offers and cross-sell a wide range of financial products and services to existing customers.
- Analyze new and existing client interests, problems, and potential needs for new financial products and services.
- Receive and process service requests for clients to achieve their goals and maintain a low percentage of rejections in customer certifications.
- Develop and maintain product and service knowledge, as well as stay current on applicable regulations by attending internal training programs.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by management.
- Adhere to strict laws and regulations governing sales practices in a complex sales environment.
- Assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the company's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in financial sales preferred.
- Proficient computer and technology skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of relevant financial regulations.
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
