Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Kanban Project Coordinator to oversee and manage our team's Kanban board, ensuring that tasks are accurately tracked, prioritized, and completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in managing projects using the Kanban methodology, preferably in a software development environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Kanban Management: Oversee and manage the team's Kanban board, ensuring that tasks are accurately tracked, prioritized, and completed in a timely manner.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the technical lead and developers to align project goals and timelines, and coordinate between the mobile app development team and IoT hardware team to ensure seamless integration.
  • Client-Facing Communication: Prepare and present regular project updates to the business team and stakeholders, and help create presentations or reports that effectively communicate project status, risks, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Kanban Expertise: 3+ years of experience in managing projects using the Kanban methodology, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Project Management Experience: Mid to senior-level experience in project management, ideally within a technology or software development setting.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with experience preparing client-facing reports and presentations.
