  • Lead the delivery of customer portfolios, including projects from various departments within Backbase
  • Develop and implement delivery best practices and strategies to drive operational value and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with customers to identify new opportunities and drive continued business and IT value
  • Work closely with sales and technology teams to create account plans and identify quick wins and long-term opportunities
  • Provide delivery insights and advice to executive management and escalate program delivery issues as needed
  • Steer and monitor all projects within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer and Backbase roadmaps
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key delivery stakeholders at the client and within Backbase
