About the Role
The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in resolving employee inquiries and challenges, while also collaborating with various teams to develop and implement HR initiatives. This includes supporting talent acquisition, management, and development, as well as ensuring compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees, escalating complex issues to HRBPs or COEs as needed.
- Talent Management: Partner with HRBPs and COEs to implement talent management initiatives, including succession planning and performance management.
- HR Operations: Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analytics and Reporting: Provide data-driven insights to inform HR strategy and decision-making, using tools like Microsoft Excel and Workday.
- Culture and Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and high performance, ensuring that employee experiences are paramount.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with the HR COEs and HRBPs to deliver training and development programs, ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, including knowledge of compensation and analytics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Organizational: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday, with the ability to quickly learn new software.
