We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Business Transformation Consultant** to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our Global Sales Strategic Accounts team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Lead discovery workshops with prospecting and existing customer leadership and their teams to understand goals and challenges.
- Value Creation: Document and present insights and recommended solutions to meet customer goals, and help customers estimate value for potential deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
- Strategic Account Management: Work with sales and customer success to help establish account strategies for accounts in the region, and provide expertise to help assess and prioritize accounts and strategies.
- Thought Leadership: Identify and lead the creation of new IP (best practices, white papers, workshops, etc.), and improve current methods and frameworks.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Management Consultant with exposure to cloud technologies or as a customer-facing strategy manager with a technology vendor.
- Ability to navigate processes and industry trends (such as FSI, Telco, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) is preferred.
- Presentation skills including public speaking, meeting facilitation, and whiteboarding.
- Deep customer connections in regions.
- Executive presence with a humble demeanor.
- Enjoyment working in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
