Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Relaxation Services Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our spa staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a relaxing experience for all visitors.

About the Role

The Relaxation Services Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Welcoming guests and providing general orientation to the spa facilities.
• Offering amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows to enhance the guest experience.
• Escorting guests to and from treatment rooms and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the locker room, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
• Disposing of trash and dirty linens in the proper area and securing supplies and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management and completing safety training and certifications.
• FOLLOWING ALL COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
