Airport Representative

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Airport Representative - Guest Experience Coordinator.

As a key member of our airport team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations and ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience at the airport.

Your primary objective will be to fully resolve all guest enquiries during your first and last contact with them, providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to meet their needs.

You will work closely with our guests to understand their requirements and preferences, using this information to tailor your services and ensure that they receive the highest level of care and attention throughout their journey.

In addition to your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities, and adapting to changing circumstances.

A strong understanding of our products and services is essential, as well as the ability to promote these effectively to our guests and provide recommendations tailored to their individual needs.

You will also be responsible for delivering see-off speeches on buses before guests depart for their resorts, promoting the use of our TUI App, and monitoring and celebrating your success through regular target updates and guest feedback results.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and is able to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
