Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expanding Dynatrace usage within a pool of broad, regionally focused accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute on territory plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within a defined set of accounts
  • Drive new logo acquisition through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, marketing, and other functional areas to develop and execute a solution strategy that meets customer business needs
  • Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure Dynatrace can be sold broadly and effectively
  • Work closely with VP- and C-level executives to develop and implement an effective enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Dynatrace

Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of experience in closing enterprise software sales
  • Proven track record in Enterprise software sales, with experience in managing sales cycles within complex organizations
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think and act with a sense of urgency, with a strong focus on delivering high performance against quota
  • Experience in building and executing business plans, with a strong understanding of sales ecosystems
