**Job Summary**

Siemens Gamesa is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Development Specialist to join our Sales Department in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our proposals team, you will be responsible for preparing and developing competitive bids for services and maintenance contracts in Brazil.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Cost Calculation: Gather inputs from internal departments, develop and estimate cost calculations for services proposals for wind farm maintenances.
  • Proposals Development: Develop all steps required to prepare a proposal, from the Request for Quotation sent by customers until the delivery of the proposal document.
  • Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessment of the bid according to company's internal guidelines, identify and mitigate risks in proposals aligned with Financial and Operations departments.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prioritize activities for each proposal of a multi-functional team in areas of specification review, service product selection, commercial strategy, cost/price development, and proposal preparation.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to work in a multicultural team
