Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage proposals for wind farm maintenance services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather cost and value information, and use Siemens Gamesa tools and internal approval processes to present and deliver value-based quotes to customers.
- Perform risk assessments of bids according to company guidelines, identifying and mitigating risks in proposals aligned with the Financial and Operations departments.
- Support Sales Managers with customer bids and contract negotiations, following SGRE's proposal development process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in sales, proposals, and/or project management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to work with internal and external parties.
- Highly motivated and team-player mindset.
- English and Portuguese speaker, with good communication in Spanish an advantage.
