Human Resources Manager

Kohler Co. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to lead the talent and culture strategy for our Mexico Operations facility. As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people initiatives that drive operational excellence, organizational agility, and an engaging employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with associates and Union leadership to drive positive employee relations and provide an optimal work environment.
  • Effectively deploy communication plans and utilize assessment tools to determine organizational issues and action plans.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and development of onsite Human Resources Team.
  • Build organizational capability through ownership of talent management processes, including talent acquisition, assessment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Support plant operations through headcount planning, workforce planning, and recruitment.
  • Owner of HR metrics, responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing data.
  • Provide strategic and consultative leadership guidance and mentoring.
  • Develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading/coaching others through change.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, industrial/labor relations, or psychology.
  • Postgraduate training in Human Resources or Management preferred.
