About the Role:
Hewlett Packard is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer to join our team. As a key member of our HR IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex integration solutions within Workday HCM, Recruiting, and other modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom integration solutions using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services, EIBs, and other tools.
- Develop and maintain integrations with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Document technical requirements, determine scope, and estimate development effort.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to development teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
- Act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
- Mentor and guide lower-level employees in their technical development.
Requirements:
- Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of experience in Workday Integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Calculated Fields, Report Writer, XSLT, XML, and BIRT Reports.
- Expertise in web service and API technologies such as WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
- Workday experience in HCM and Recruiting modules is preferred.
- Workday Extend experience is a plus.
- Advanced understanding of modern software development methodologies and tools.
- General project management, customer/vendor management, and business analysis skills.
- Advanced web technologies and good verbal and written communication skills.
