- Conduct regular sales cadence between partners and Genesys stakeholders.
- Accelerate capacity and capability on the Genesys platform within partners and drive enablement to vendor-agnostic business leaders.
- Ensure effective and timely internal and external communication and coordination of partner sales strategy and execution results.
- Develop GTM plans and develop industry-specific practice development plans, driving certification growth, and delivering customer success.
- Must be a team player who is goal-oriented and confident, with the aptitude and desire to build high-performing teams.
- Strong track record of success selling to, through, and with regional partners and alliances.
- High level of communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Diligent at measuring and communicating progress to achieve targeted business results.
- Identifying obstacles and associated remediation plans.
