Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver internal learning and training programs, ensuring their success and overseeing logistics.
  • Collaborate with Senior Managers to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and design effective learning experiences using Adult Learning Theory and instructional design methodologies.
  • Incorporate diverse delivery methods to meet learning objectives, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and on-the-job training.
  • Evaluate and refine learning programs to ensure they meet business needs and drive performance.
  • Track and report key program metrics to quantify value and impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and event program management.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to drive progress in ambiguity.
  • Deep understanding of mentorship relationships and organizational goals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including prioritization and delegation.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Adaptability to new platforms and digital tools.
