Requirements

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Effectively lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Engineers, ensuring balanced workloads and providing developmental feedback.
  • Excellent Collaboration Abilities: Work closely with various stakeholders, including the PMO director and other regional leaders, to ensure smooth transitions and coherent processes across teams.
  • Risk Management Expertise: Assess and mitigate risks throughout project execution to ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and with the required quality.
  • Adaptability and Continuous Improvement: Adapt existing processes to match the new organization, implement a return of experience (REX) system, and continuously improve project delivery based on past experiences.

Qualifications

  • Education/Experience: College, university, or equivalent degree required.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, other languages (French, German) a plus.
