The Role
As a Provisioning Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring customer instances and provisioning completed customer contracts. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with our Go-to-Market and Contract teams to ensure timely and accurate customer order provisioning. You will be someone who understands the needs of our business and our customers, and takes the initiative to ensure they are set up for success.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provision customer seats and configure customer instances in accordance with contracts in a timely and accurate manner
- Resolve support tickets according to established guidance
- Reconcile customer system configuration against contracts
- Build and run reports to show consistency between customer configuration and contracts
- Develop and maintain process documentation for all instance management and seat provisioning related workflows
- Coordinate and communicate with Go-to-Market teams to understand process issues and drive consistency
- Partner with Sales and Product & Engineering to continuously improve and automate workflows
Our Ideal Candidate
You have experience working with customer account and instance configurations, contracts, and understanding of terminology. You possess exceptional attention to detail and quality of work. You have experience working with a ticketing system, and have strong customer service skills. You are organized and process-oriented, enjoy documenting and optimizing processes, and have strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS contract and account maintenance
- 2 years of experience with order processing and provisioning workflows
- Experience with remote working tools such as Zoom and Slack
- Proven experience with process improvement, auditing, and reconciliation of data
- Familiarity with Salesforce
