As a Design Manager at Micron Technology, you will lead a DRAM Design team designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products. The ideal candidate for this position has +3 years' experience of the team leader or manager role that manages a team with >5 people. They also have proven knowledge/experience of CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics. Experience in ASIC design flow including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis and timing analysis is a plus.

This is a position located in Guadalajara, Mexico. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a design team to contribute to the development of new product, design flows and methodologies by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.
  • Drive the team's daily work and long-term strategy to achieve design methodology teams' goals.
  • Be responsible for providing regular performance feedback to team members, establish goals and development plans and provide opportunities to expand skills and promote career growth.

Requirements:

  • BS with 7+ years' experience or MS with 5+ years' experience.
  • +3 years' experience of the team leader or manager role that manages a team with >5 people.
  • Proven knowledge/experience of CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics.

  • Familiarity with schematic entry and simulation using Finesim or Hspice.
