Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed IT Functional Designs and test scripts to ensure seamless integration with our systems.

• Collaborate with our development team to design and implement Oracle EBS solutions that meet our business requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and support to our developers on Oracle EBS development tools, including PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and OAF.

• Assist business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs to ensure successful project delivery.

• Oversee and review the development life cycle of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.

• Participate in creating SDLC and TDD documents to ensure alignment with our development processes.

• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions to meet our business needs.

• Collaborate with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Finance Functional modules, including AR, AP, GL, FA, and CM.

• Strong knowledge of inter-dependency between all Finance modules.

• Experience with team handling and leadership.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with business stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with Application Configuration and knowledge of Oracle EBS development tools.

• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and OAF.

• Ability to write SQL queries to extract data from Oracle EBS tables.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with US Client-facing projects.

• Knowledge of Oracle A/R and GL tables.

• Experience with Linux, Window 7, and Windows 10.
