We are seeking a highly skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a high-performing, independent worker who is comfortable with direct communication and open to feedback. The Webflow Developer will be responsible for implementing design solutions, optimizing web performance, and ensuring websites meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement design changes, manage websites, and create solutions that meet client specifications using Webflow.
- Ensure websites are visually appealing and meet modern design standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and execute updates as required.
- Optimize websites for mobile and desktop, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices.
- Regularly test, troubleshoot, and optimize websites for SEO and performance metrics.
- Manage client communications and feedback, maintaining a professional and timely response.
- Proven experience with Webflow, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Excellent written communication skills and inbox management experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle feedback effectively.
