Job Title: Senior Webflow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Webflow Developer to join our team at Growmodo GmbH. As a Senior Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex Webflow projects, ensuring they meet high standards and are optimized for search engine performance and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Webflow Projects: Oversee and direct complex Webflow projects, ensuring they meet high standards and are optimized for SEO and user experience.
  • Innovative Design: Design responsive websites using Webflow, integrating custom codes, APIs, and SEO best practices to enhance search engine ranking and user engagement.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing before launch, monitor post-launch performance using Google Analytics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize SEO and user experience.
  • Project Management: Develop and execute detailed project plans, coordinate with marketing and content teams, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and train junior developers, with a focus on upskilling in SEO and analytics-driven website optimization.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Multiple years of in-depth experience with Webflow and modern web technologies, with a strong focus on SEO strategies.
  • Proven Track Record: A portfolio showcasing successful high-profile Webflow projects with demonstrable improvements in SEO and website performance.
  • Effectiveness: Proficient in Client-First principles and using Relume for efficient and scalable Webflow development.
  • Figma-to-Webflow: Skilled in using the Figma-to-Webflow plugin to streamline design-to-development workflows.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams, including teams focused on SEO and web analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and technical SEO aspects such as schema markup, meta tags, and link building.
  • Data-Driven: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record of using Google Analytics to guide website optimization decisions.
