Project Director and Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to fill the role of Associate Product and Project Manager. This dual-role position requires a strong background in both project management and product development, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and contributing to the strategic development of products.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements based on market needs and business objectives.
- Identify and tackle challenges head-on, finding creative solutions to keep projects on track.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of new product introductions (NPI).
- Be the driving force behind product development, actively participating in the entire product lifecycle.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing hands-on efforts to bring products from concept to reality.
- Bachelor's degree in business, project or product management, engineering or related field.
- At least 1+ years of proven hands-on experience in technical project management, new product launches and product management.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business and finances and align accountabilities and efforts within area of scope.
- Previous success working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience communicating with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to be a hands-on leader, driving cross-functional teams to success.
- Master's degree in business.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience working within a global organization.
