Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our Integrated Marketing Team in Mexico City. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales leads through efficient marketing initiatives, developing impactful marketing materials and tools, and staying current on effective customer outreach methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the crafting and executing a comprehensive annual marketing plan and budget in collaboration with the global downstream marketing team and commercial teams.
  • Liaise with the Thermo Fisher global marketing team to stay updated on the latest marketing tools, guidelines, and standards.
  • Produce and distribute marketing materials, gimmicks, and campaign assets for both traditional and digital platforms to foster customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Grow and enhance the customer database.
  • Organize both physical and online marketing events for the company and its partners.
  • Facilitate internal communications, events, and activities.
  • Manage sales leads across all sources and integrate them into Salesforce.
  • Evaluate marketing strategies (through pre and post-campaign analysis, customer insights, etc.) to refine and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Partner with external vendors to ensure campaign success and task completion.
  • Establish metrics to measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Over two years of experience in a business setting, managing multiple projects with a proven ability to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Experience in organizing events and a keen eye for detail are necessary.
  • Experience in an omni-channel environment, including print, digital, presentation, video, and more, is beneficial.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing tools is important.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Eloqua, or similar software.
  • Creativity, inquisitiveness, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
