Main Responsibilities- Coordinate the development and maintenance of the Quality System in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements.
- Organize Quality System Audits in line with the Audit schedule.
- Ensure readiness for IATF re-) certification audits and perform adequate pre-audits accordingly.
- Perform internal audits (Process audits – Project audits...) to detect and highlight discrepancies vs. the standard.
- Prepare the Quality System Management review – providing deployment status to the management staff.
- Audit the V5000 Self-assessment for Total Quality axe.
- Train personnel on process audit and certify them as assistant PQA auditors and train internal IATF auditors.
- Ensure Internal Procedures/Policies are in line with Customer and Automotive industry requirements.
- Monitor conformance by audit, as Management representative.
- Perform Quality reporting (Reliability, coherence, transparency).
