  • Address ALM tickets concerning identified system issues and enhancements.
  • Enhance the application based on ticket evaluations to improve user experience.
  • Determine the technical solution and collaborate with the Senior Technical Lead and Architecture team to fulfill business needs, project timelines, and robust testing protocols.
  • Diagnose and manage integrations with other software applications.
  • Oversee and enhance application performance while reducing time to market through automation, ensuring optimal service for end-users.
  • Develop training documentation for new features to be shared with users.
  • Ensure the application's security, including business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Manage and execute application upgrades and maintain existing applications.
