Your Role at BaxterAs a Senior Manager of IT Meeting Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the global strategic direction, management, delivery, and support of meeting experience solutions for business stakeholders across all regions.
You will be responsible for building and adjusting services based on the changing demands of our different businesses and will support the growth and development of meeting experience workforce and providing horizontal guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead service delivery for all meeting experience apps and services with focus on user experience
- Lead technical delivery of meeting experience solutions including large event webinars, webcasts, and virtual conferences
- Develops and maintains good working relations with key stakeholders
- Oversee aspects of the operating budget, drive and develop and maintain effective working relationships with all areas of the organization, groups and personnel with who work must be coordinated or interfaced
- Work in a matrixed and/or global environment
- Ownership of financial management, cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives
- Ensure department goals are linked to short and long-term business and IT strategies, and communicate these goals to the department, the business, and other areas of IT
- Develop strong collaborative relationships within IT and with business customers including Senior levels to understand long-term business strategies and develop system solutions
- Communicate to senior management on status, issues, budgets, and service problems
- Effectively manage relationships with IT delivery teams, and facilitate collaboration between those teams (including external providers)
- Anticipate, interpret and resolve complex business, IT and organizational issues, and ensure coordination across departments or teams
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training and providing professional development opportunities for delivery team
