En MUBAI SA DE CV estamos en la búsqueda de un Ingeniero de Datos Senior altamente calificado para unirse a nuestro equipo de trabajo. El candidato ideal será un profesional con al menos 5 años de experiencia trabajando en el campo de la Ingeniería de Datos y con un profundo conocimiento en áreas como Ciencia de Datos, Big Data, Python, Snowflake, SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Inteligencia Artificial, Aprendizaje Automático, Redes Neuronales Artificiales y Apache Spark.

Responsabilidades
  • Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar sistemas de gestión de datos para garantizar la disponibilidad y accesibilidad de los datos.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de ingenieros de IA para identificar las necesidades de recolección y almacenamiento de datos.
  • Desarrollar y mantener pipelines de datos eficientes y escalables.
  • Realizar análisis y diseño de arquitecturas de datos.
  • Optimizar el rendimiento de las bases de datos y sistemas de almacenamiento.
  • Investigar y proponer soluciones innovadoras en el campo de la Ingeniería de Datos.
Requisitos
  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o un campo relacionado.
  • Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en roles de Ingeniería de Datos.
  • Experiencia sólida en programación, especialmente en Python, y Java.
  • Conocimiento profundo de bases de datos como SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL y MongoDB.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de Big Data como Snowflake y Apache Spark.
  • Familiaridad con conceptos de Inteligencia Artificial, Aprendizaje Automático y Redes Neuronales Artificiales.
  • Habilidades analíticas excepcionales y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera creativa.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y colaborar con otros equipos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para presentar de manera efectiva resultados y propuestas.
  • Experiencia con Herramientas de IA (TensorFlow, PyTorch o scikit-learn para desarrollar y entrenar modelos de IA).
  • Visualización de Datos (Tableau, Power BI o Looker).
  • Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural (NLP) (deseable).
  • Aprendizaje Profundo (Deep Learning).
  • Optimización de Modelos (Conocimiento de técnicas para optimizar el rendimiento y la precisión de los modelos de IA).
  • Experiencia en la implementación y gestión de pipelines de MLOps para automatizar el despliegue y monitoreo de modelos de IA. (MLOps) (deseable).
