- Assist in developing lifecycle planning for critical manufacturing systems.
- Interact with team members to problem-solve and error-proof processes.
- Partner with Polaris IT Operations teams to schedule and coordinate ongoing maintenance to critical infrastructure.
- Engage with local MFG teams to establish testing and control procedures on backup systems.
- At least 3 years of progressive experience at the edge of technology and manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills and experience with managing industrial network technology.
- Excellent general technology troubleshooting skills and understanding of production processes.
- Experience or interest in Industry 4.0 and cloud technology.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, manufacturing technologies, and general IT principles.
- Strong communication skills and structured, analytical thinking and acting.
