Citi is seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Analyst to join our team. As an Operations Support Analyst, you will be responsible for producing daily and monthly reporting using appropriate systems, adding/modifying reports as needed, and standardizing and optimizing MIS processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
• Produce high-quality reports using various systems and tools
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain reports to meet business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Develop and maintain documentation of reporting processes
• Ensure data quality and integrity by applying good understanding of data concepts and principles
• Make informed decisions based on data analysis
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure reporting needs are met
**Requirements**:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Basic analysis and reporting skills
• Experience in a related role (combination of education/experience)
• Strong understanding of data concepts and principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with SQL and database management systems
